Plain

This traditional almond-shaped French pastry was originally introduced in the 16th century in the French town of Aix-en-Provence.
It consists of a smooth homogeneous paste of candied fruit and ground almonds, topped with a thin layer of royal icing.

Taking it a step further, Crumble has also introduced its own calissons made with pistachios or mejdool dates.
Calissons at Crumble can be printed on with any design of your liking to fit the theme of your occasion.
