Baking is our passion. We have been baking from the start all forms of delights: Our icing-coated cookies top them all. Our bakery, however, is not limited to only cookies. Traditional small butter cakes, from Commercy and Liverdun, two communes of the Lorraine region in northeastern France, tend to amaze people by their lip-smacking flavor and adorable size. These cakes are known as madeleines. Our madeleines, prepared with the finest Genoese batter, will make it through to your mouth and melt your heart right after.
