Tuiles Aux Amandes

This crunchy pastry used to be made in Notre-Dame d’Oelenberg Abbey in Alsace, France.
The Trappist monks manufactured them in their workshop completely by hand.
The wheat comes directly from the lands of Oelenberg Abbey, and the flour from their mill.

The delicious buttery taste of these little cookies combined with the delicacy of almonds and the crunchy taste will make them your favorite morning or coffee snack!
